Foundations of Yomassage®

The required first step in the Yomassage® Practitioner Training Pathway. Foundations of Yomassage® is a self-paced online course designed to prepare students for the hands-on Yomassage® Live Training experience. You’ll learn the core principles of Yomassage®, positioning concepts, trauma-informed communication techniques, and the three pillars of Yomassage®: Touch, Stretch, and Breath. Students will gain a foundational understanding of nervous system regulation, the mind-body connection, supported positioning, and the practical application of Yomassage® within massage therapy settings. Florida Licensed Massage Therapists: This course is approved through CE Broker for 5 hours of General Education credit. Important: Foundations of Yomassage® is a prerequisite for all Yomassage® Live Trainings and does not include live training tuition. Live trainings are registered separately through certified Yomassage® Master Trainers.
