Table Yomassage® Practitioner Training is designed to help you confidently integrate this client-centered modality into your practice. Table Yomassage® combines therapeutic touch, assisted stretch, and mindfulness in a small-group setting to support relaxation and nervous system regulation.
You will learn foundational techniques, session structure, and group facilitation while building confidence delivering sessions in both private and group settings.
