What does a Table Yomassage® session look like?
Each Table Yomassage® session begins with a unique themed meditation that helps keep you grounded for the duration of the session. You will enter a deep state of relaxation as you melt into a series of six restorative stretches on the massage table while a Yomassage® therapist provides therapeutic massage and guided meditation.
Table Yomassage® sessions are led by licensed massage therapists certified in Table Yomassage® and are facilitated 1-1 on a massage table.
