Make sure you have followed all of the instructions in this PDF so you can be sure to access the course from your account on the Yomassage website. Also make sure to whitelist the yomassage.co domain so you won't miss any emails from us!

You will have access to this course 30 days prior to your training date. Remember that this content MUST be fully completed before the training date in order for you to be able to attend.

Make sure you have all of the supplies you need:

• 1 full set of Yomassage Props: 2 bolsters, 2 blocks, 2 blankets (20% off with code Yomas20)
• 1 set of Yomassage Balls (get 25% off with code: VIRTUAL2)
• 1 Yoga Mat (you can use any yoga mat, preferably one with more cushion)
• Spray hand sanitizer (we recommend the brands Honest or Dr. Bronner's)

*You might notice we mention a “foam elevator” in the course instead of 2 bolsters. The foam elevators are no longer available and we now use 2 bolsters instead of 1 bolster and 1 elevator like you see in the above supply list :)

Additional Requirements:

• Tablet or computer
• Reliable internet connection
• Phone, tablet, or computer capable of recording sound and video
• Pass/fail course - must complete all assignments and receive a passing grade to become certified
• Attend and pass the 1 day in-person portion of the training
